At The Headache Lab, we understand that the cost of treatment can be a major concern for patients managing chronic migraines. That’s why we help eligible patients enroll in the Botox Savings Program, offered by AbbVie, the makers of Botox. With this program, you may pay as little as $0 out of pocket for your Botox migraine treatment.
How the Botox Savings Program Works
STEP 1:
Treatment at The Headache Lab
Your provider at The Headache Lab administers your FDA-approved Botox injections for for migraines, blepharospasm, or cervical dystonia.
STEP 2:
Submit Your EOB
After your insurance processes your claim, you’ll receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). You submit this EOB to the Botox® Savings Program.
STEP 3:
Get Reimbursed
AbbVie mails a reimbursement check (addressed to you).
Patients may receive:
• Up to $1,000 on each of the next three treatments
• Up to $1,300 on their first treatment of the year
STEP 4:
Receive a Check by Mail
Cash your check and apply it to your remaining balance at The Headache Lab.
